Any reservation cancellations will be according to the hotel cancelation policy and should be received by the Agency in writing on the day of cancellation. The general Cancellations will be charged as follows;
- Any cancellation within 30 days prior to the arrival date, will be free .
- Any cancellation within 21 days prior to the arrival date, one night to be charged on the agreed meal plan
- In case of cancelation within 3 days or no show, the room is subject to a full room charge.
